Hope everyone had a good April Fools day. Was neat seeing all the places do something, however, what was the deal with the Pink pony crap? A good half dozen sites, atleast, changed their pages to be pink and chanted "OMG PONIES!". Wasn't funny I thought.

In other news, Apple released Boot Camp, a program to help setup multiboot systems on Intel Macs. Its in beta, but, hell, so is gMail. This is a nice step for easy multibooting, since effectively Apple says its ok now, and is helping. The next best thing is virtualization (which Leopard supposedly will have)
Some pissant came up to me in a game, and attacked me. He lost big time. I attacked him, and spanked his ass big time. I do this for a few days (this game limits number of attacks against a person per day), and then I get a message from him, calling me a cunt for attacking him. I had reached a point that I was going to stop attacking him, untill I got that message. So, I beat his ass yesterday, and today. Today, he gets the other little kiddies in his group to attack me. These guys are even weaker than he is. So I clean all their clocks. I check my messages, and someone from the group who didnt attack me had sent me a note earlier exclaiming "waht do you have against TBK". So I try to craft a finely worded message as follows…

The entire group seems to be about 12, but hopefully the reciever of the message will have some intelligence.
For users of VoIP, expect issues in the future. Basically the telecoms who handle net connections are starting to block various VoIP services, such as Skype, Vonage, etc. More scary shit akin to the tiered internet that some places are wanting. Pisses me off personally, because you pay for a service, and they purposely limiting what that service can do, further down the road after you've started paying them. You pay for being able to access the net with speeds in such and such range, not access the net with certain speeds, unless you're using this or that app, at which we'll drop it even more. The crappy thing is some of these places are making your entire connection goto shit, not just the VoIP connection.
Also, AT&T Customers (which is most people with broadband in the St Louis area), expect for the NSA to know what you're doing. Apparently, they've been diverting traffic to the National Security Agency, letting them know what everyone is doing. Guy getting kiddy porn? He's nabbed. Kid downloading MP3's? They know. Grandma's email of the pictures of her grandkids, they got those too. Bad thing about it (morals and the lack of privacy aside), is that its not quite legal.
Yes, thats right, Mario-esque powerups scare town. I find it kinda funny. Yeah, if the boxes were unmarked and just laying out infront of a busy building, maybe, but jeez. Paranoid nutjobs.

As far as shit going on here, I've been working on a good resolution vector map of the US, with all the states outlined. I wanted one, but refused to pay the $50 most places wanted. I'll probably be releasing it for free soon. Have a few more things I have to tweak.
